Reimagining Evaluation
The most well articulated and thoughtful evaluation system is worthless if it mainly lives in your employee handbook. We work with you to both reimagine and implement a nimble evaluation system as a retention tool with goals of developing internal talent, focusing on professional growth and creating opportunities for current employees to climb the ladder. We work with you to look at the current system, identify what works, what doesn’t, and how it’s connected to moving your strategy goals forward. We will also engage faculty and staff about the kinds of feedback they find the most helpful for both their work at the school and to meet personal professional growth goals. We then collaborate with you to build and implement a system that can be a vibrant aspect of school life, strengthening relationships, creating new leaders from within and bolstering a sense of mission-driven purpose for employees.
