As the leader, you need to think this through! When I started in the mid-90s, my sense is it was pretty standard in a high school, or a school with a high school, to have the director of college counseling on the senior team. My sense is that now, it varies widely.
What’s the goal at this moment in time? What points of view do you want? What do you need to lead through this latest iteration of the school?
